We stand behind every Nautilus product and want you to be confident in your purchase.

30-Day Returns

Items purchased directly from Nautilus Reels may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused and uninstalled
  • Original packaging and all components must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or installation
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Clearance or final sale items

 

Return Authorization

All returns require prior approval.

To initiate a return, email contact@nautilusreels.com with your order details. Approved returns will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns received without authorization may be declined.


Refunds
  • Inspected upon receipt
  • Issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend insured, trackable service, as Nautilus Reels is not responsible for items lost in transit.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
