Limited Lifetime Warranty

All NAUTILUS series reels carry a limited lifetime warranty for the original owner covering any defect in materials and workmanship. This warranty provides that defective Nautilus fly reels will be repaired or replaced at our option, at no charge for parts and labor, and does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, improper maintenance or modification.

Repair/Service Instructions

To return a reel or spool for repair, please ship the reel in a protected box prepaid and insured to: Nautilus Reels, Attention: Repairs, 1549 NW 165th St. Miami, FL 33169.

Please enclose a note describing the reasons for the service/repair request, your return address and a daytime phone number where you can be reached. All reels mailed within the USA must include a $15 check or money order for shipping and insurance. International rates vary. Nautilus Reels does not assume responsibility for damaged fly lines or backing. For non-warranty repairs, Nautilus Reels will contact you with a quote for the repair for approval prior to initiating repairs.

INTERNATIONAL SERVICE/REPAIR

When shipping a reel for service/repair internationally, please ensure that all customs paperwork is filled out properly and that any customs duties that may result from shipping the merchandise to Nautilus Reels and back is the responsibility of the customer. Repairs that are not shipped with the correct paperwork and result in a bill to Nautilus Reels for customs duties will be refused and returned to the sender. In most cases, the sender needs to check the box marked "Sender will be responsible for customs and duty fees," but this may vary depending on the carrier being used. Please email or call for instructions and approximate charges prior to shipping a reel.

Do not attempt to disassemble your Nautilus reel by yourself. Such action will break a factory installed seal that could cause permanent damage to your fly reel which may prevent the reel from functioning properly, and will void the manufacturer's warranty. Contact your local Fly Shop or Nautilus Reels for assistance.
